Rural Development Borrower Training
RCAP will again be providing RD Borrower Training at no cost this fall--check back for 2016 dates!
This training is intended to assist current RD WEP Borrowers and potential applicants in completing the required RD annual financial management reports. Participants will receive a copy of RCAP's RD Borrower Guide, including excel files of RD reporting forms.
