Introducing RCAP's ARRA Recipient Reporting Specialist
RCAP
now has a full-time Environmental and Rural Development Specialist dedicated to helping utilities meet the quarterly ARRA
recipient reporting requirements. Travis Goodwin was formerly the Regional Director of a conservation non-profit and
has also worked for IDEM’s Office of Water Quality, helping utilities with regulatory compliance and reporting. If you have any questions about the reporting, or if you haven’t started reporting yet, please contact us. This and all our services are provided to you free of charge.

Since 1981, the Indiana Rural Community Assistance Program (IN-RCAP) has provided technical assistance on water, wastewater, and solid waste issues to rural communities
across the state. RCAP Rural Development Specialists (RDSs) work with residents and local leaders in each community
to identify a scope of services that will meet the community's needs.IN-RCAP has helped low-to-moderate income communities
leverage over $50 million in grants and low-interest loans for infrastructure projects since 1997. National funding
